The Chinese performing arts market that used to seem prosperous is squeezing out the bubbles and developing towards a more comprehensive one. These include the Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Foreign Trade in Cultural Products issued by the State Council, Opinions on Further Promoting Cultural and Financial Cooperation issued by the Ministry of Culture, the People’s Bank of China, and the Ministry of Finance, Notice on Relevant Issues Concerning the Preferential Policies of Enterprise Income Tax Applicable to Small Meager-profit Enterprises authorized by the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation, Implementing Opinions on Vigorously Supporting the Development of Small- and Micro-Sized Cultural Enterprises authorized by the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of Industry and Information, and the Ministry of Finance, etc. These policies have solved the practical problems of cultural enterprises during their development and have also brought new opportunities for them to develop.
