本书立足于中国互联网金融实践,聚焦企业层面的管理议题,对互联网金融企业商业模式创新进行理论分析和实证研究。利用“量化+质化”混合研究的方法,首先借鉴颠覆性商业模式创新的理论观点,对互联网金融企业商业模式创新的内涵进行界定,并开发测量工具;其次基于高阶理论和顾客资产的观点,对互联网金融企业商业模式创新的形成及作用机制进行实证研究;最后从高管团队和顾客管理视角,提出优化互联网金融企业商业模式创新的管理建议。
