农民工依序进入城市,是国家脱贫战略的重要方面。而解决农民工进城后的住房,又是无法回避的问题。本书以农民工住房投资决策与城市迁移融入决策为核心,按照“提出问题→实证分析→政策设计”的思路逻辑,首先,基于农民工迁移与住房变动新特征提出问题;然后,在准跨国主义—社会融入的视角下,利用调查数据,于十个方面展开研究;最后,进行城市农民工住房保障政策的机制设计。
