广州城市国际化发展报告（2013）

 



城市国际化是指一个城市逐步产生高度国际关联效应，参与国际经济循环和政治文化交流，在商品、资本、技术、信息、劳动力及整体文化等方面进行跨国界的相互往来，在此基础上不断扩大对其他国家乃至全球的影响力，并最终成长为国际城市的过程。



随着对外开放的扩大和国际合作的加强，广州城市国际化水平逐渐提高。《广州城市国际化发展报告》是广州市社会科学院国际问题研究所编辑出版的以广州城市国际化发展为主题的蓝皮书，突出专家观点、学术视野。



《广州城市国际化发展报告（2013）》主要内容包括总报告、综合篇、国际经贸篇、国际形象篇和专题篇。



总报告分析了2012年广州城市国际化发展现状、存在的问题，并对2013年广州城市国际化发展形势进行了展望。



综合篇主要介绍提升广州城市国际影响力的目标、思路及举措，广州城市国际经济影响力，广州开放型经济升级转型的思路及建议，国际新环境下广州产业转型与国际化研究，从外资企业的多维技术效率看广东经济转型升级动力基础等内容。



国际经贸篇主要研究广州外贸转型升级的战略与对策，分析了企业国际技术合作、企业国际化发展模式以及企业内外向国际化发展等。



国际形象篇主要从城市外交、外宣和重大国际活动对广州城市国际化发展的影响方面进行了研究。



专题篇主要研究广交会发展及其知识产权保护在广州国际化发展进程中的作用，国内外其他城市提升国际化水平的做法、经验及对广州的启示。



 



 



City
internationalization is such a process: the city generates high international
co-relationship gradually, participates in the international economic,
political and cultural exchanges, contacts with outside world in the commodity,
capital, information, labor and cultural entity, on which basics expands its
influence to other countries and even globally, and in the end becomes world
city.



As the
expansion of China’s opening-up and the strengthening of international
cooperation, the international level of Guangzhou city is growing. Annual
Report on City Internationalization of Guangzhou is the Blue Book edited and
published by the Institute of International Studies of Guangzhou Academy of
Social Science, highlighting expert opinions and academic vision.



Annual Report
on City Internationalization of Guangzhou (2013) contains five chapter.General
Report, Comprehensive Reports, Reports on International Economics,
International Image and Special Reports.



The General
Report analyzes the current situation and existing problems in the
internationalization process of Guangzhou in 2012, and points out the prospect
in the 2013.



The Comprehensive
Review includes the target, approach and measures to promote Guangzhou’s
international influence, a report of Guangzhou’s International Economic Impact
in 2012, the approach and suggestions for the transformation of the open-economy
in Guangzhou, research on Guangzhou industrial transformation and
internationalization in the new international environment, and the basic
driving force behind Guangdong’s economic transformation and upgrade from the
point of view of multidimensional technical efficiency of foreign-funded
enterprises.



The Reports of
International Economics studies the strategy and policies on the promotion of
foreign trade transformation and upgrade of Guangzhou, and analyses
international technological cooperation, international development model and
the inward and outward internationalization of enterprises.



The section on
International Image researches the development of Guangzhou’s
internationalization from the point of view of city diplomacy, international
publicity and important international activities.



Special Reports
mainly introduces the effect of the development of Canton Fair and its
intellectual property rights protection in the internationalization of
Guangzhou, and lessons for Guangzhou from the practices and experience in internationalization
other eites in the world.
