北京旅游发展报告（2013）

今年的《北京旅游发展报告（2013）》，是北京旅游学会主持编撰的第二本《北京旅游绿皮书》。它是北京旅游学界、业界和管理层对北京旅游研究成果的汇集。



《北京旅游绿皮书》的编撰出版，继续本着它的既定目标：立足北京，加强北京旅游发展的研究，以期能够对北京旅游乃至全国旅游的发展有较多的参考价值。



2013年《北京旅游绿皮书》，全书由主报告和专题报告两大板块组成。



主报告“旅游业正在成为推动首都‘五位一体’科学发展的重要载体”，在总结了2012年北京旅游发展与进步的同时，又以党的“全面落实经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设、生态文明建设五位一体总体布局”的指导思想对2013年北京旅游做了具体预测与分析。“盘点2012北京旅游：15件大事榜上有名”作为主报告的附录，则从北京旅游业的热点事件角度梳理了2012年北京旅游的新变化。



专题报告板块，由“前沿研究”“社会调查”“经济运行”“科学管理”“区县探索”五部分30篇报告组成。其中不仅讨论了诸如“世界旅游城市联合会在京成立”“‘北京礼物’旅游商品特许经营管理”等人们关注的北京旅游业开拓性的前沿课题，介绍了2012年“国内居民来京旅游状况的调查”“北京居民出游状况的调查”等实证研究成果，而且也对2012年北京“旅游住宿业”“旅行社业”“旅游景区”“乡村旅游”等产业发展的现状、问题和趋势做了认真研究，尤其是有关“首都旅游产业运行监测研究”“北京智慧景区建设研究”等对旅游科学管理的探索与思考，更反映出北京在旅游管理方面的创新；而“老山奥运场馆群的深度利用”“‘温泉之都’建设的探索”等报告也都反映着为把北京建成国际一流旅游城市，北京各区县旅游发展委员会（或旅游局）所做出的积极开拓与努力。



为今年《北京旅游绿皮书》撰稿的七十余位作者，分别来自在京的科研机构、高等院校、旅游企业和政府管理部门。他们或者以各自单位的专业擅长来研究北京旅游业的发展，或者组成了专门课题组进行社会调查，或者以北京旅游学会旅游研究中心和旅游研究基地成员的身份积极进行北京旅游学会委托的研究；也正是基于他们专业背景的差异，观察问题的立足点与视角的不同，因此他们不同侧面与不同层次的分析，不仅充分显示出他们研究的独立性与客观性，同时也正好是一种十分难得的相互切磋与补充。



 



 



“The Annals of
Beijing’s Tourism Development-2013” by Beijing Tourism
Society (hereafter abbreviated as BTS) is the second book of the series in “Green Books of Beijing’s Tourism”. It is a collection of the research results and conclusions of
tourism in the year of 2013 from Beijing Tourism Research Circles, Tourism
Industry and Tourism Management Circles.



As the one did in 2012, it aims for
serving Beijing and is based on Beijing so as to strengthen the research of
Beijing tourism, which is expected to have a more significance on the
development of Beijing tourism industry and our country’s tourism as well.



It is still made up of a general
report and other special reports.



The general report is “Tourism Industry Has Been One
Important Carrier in Capital Scientific Development with the Five-Construction
Practice as its Core”, which attempts to make a summary of the development and progresses
of Beijing Tourism and makes the deployment of
Beijing Tourism guided by the thought: “In the Full implementation of the Five-Construction by the Chinese Communist Party: Economic
Construction, Political Construction, Cultural construction, Social
construction and Ecological Civilization construction”. The Appendix to the
General Report keeps its readers informed that what new changes have taken
place of Beijing tourism in 2012 in terms of its hot events.



The special reports are made up of the
following 5 parts, 30 papers in total: Frontier Research, Social Investigation,
Economic Segments, Scientific Management, and District and County Exploration.
They not only discussed the Set-up
of World Tourism Cities Federation in Beijing, and Tourism Commodity Franchise
Management Mode of “Beijing gift” as frontier research issues of
peoples’ concern, but also presents to its
readers the following research results of: “A Survey and Analysis of Domestic Travelers to Beijing
in 2012” and “A Survey and Analysis of Travelers from Beijing in 2012”. They
cover the following studies of: “the Development of Beijing Tourism Lodging
Industry, Beijing Travel Service, Beijing Rural Tourism, and Beijing tourism
scenic spot in 2012”, in particular, “Beijing Tourism Industry Operation Monitoring” and “Construction of Beijing Smart Tourism
Scenic Attraction”, the latter two reflect the
innovation of tourism management. Furthermore, the studies like “A Study of In-depth
Exploration of Laoshan Olympic Venues Group” and “Research on the Construction
of Beijing ‘Changping Hot Spring’” typically demonstrate what Beijing Tourism
Committee including its district and county tourism committees have done to
build itself into the international first-class tourist cities.



The number of the authors for this
year’s tourism green book reaches more than
70. The authors are from research institutions, colleges and universities,
tourism enterprises, administrative departments, and tourist enterprises of
Beijin Based on their professional advancement in their working units, some of
them focus on the study of Beijing tourism development; as members of Beijing
Tourism Research Center and Beijing Tourism Research Base, some actively carry
out their research assigned by BTS.



With different academic background,
they are set with different standpoints and angles to observe in research,
therefore, the analyses they make are just complementary to one another, which
also goes beyond their complementary precious value, but also deploys their
independence and objectiveness, thus providing different needs for their readers
to find what they really want to get in the book.
