2016年在旅游业供给侧结构性改革的要求和背景下，中国邮轮旅游继续保持快速发展，我国沿海各地紧紧跟随国家发展战略，紧抓世界邮轮中心快速东移之契机，在原有完善的各邮轮港口城市基础之上，不断推进和丰富邮轮产业链延伸发展，逐步建立健全邮轮产业配套体系，有力支撑我国邮轮产业长远可持续发展。国家和地方政府对发展邮轮产业的政策性扶持，财政性资助，推动了我国邮轮港口城市建设日臻完善，激发民族邮轮品牌不断崛起。本报告概览2015-2016年我国邮轮产业发展新环境、新发展、新常态与新阶段，通过十大热点，了解邮轮发展动态，下领区域篇、产业篇，呈现邮轮区域发展、邮轮产业结构全貌，相比以往版本，内容体系更加丰富与完善，为政府部门决策和邮轮界学术研究、实践提供了重要依据。 This is the third volume in the yearbooks series that focuses on the China’s cruise industry, an emerging industry. Contributors offer an authoritative account of the development of the industry during 2015-2016 and the outlook for the following years by drawing on professional knowledge and reliable data. In addition to examining background conditions to the industry’s growth in terms of the international environment, and China’s economic and social development, the volume tries to identify the development pattern and operational characteristics of the cruise industry under the supply-side structural reform. Contributors also discuss some of the prominent problems and issues in this field. Discussions in the book focus in particular on the supporting systems of the industry, the chain extension of the industry and the development of China’s cruise port city.
