自20世纪70年代以来,非法移民逐渐发展成为一个全球性的难题和普遍的政治议题。国家和国际层面对此均表现出不妥协的态度,并采取了诸多治理措施。东盟域内的移民潮开始于20世纪70、80年代,其中非法移民是发展最快的一种迁移形式,对东盟成员国、地区国际关系及移民个体/群体产生了综合影响。本书立足于地区视角,对东盟域内非法移民的发展历程、原因、影响及治理进行了综合分析。
