The Annual Report is collectively written by researchers of Institute of International Law, Wuhan University. It is aimed at summarizing comprehensively the latest developments in the international rule of law, and focusing on the practice of China.
The Report 2017 consists of two parts: practice summaries and research on current issues. The First Part describes the practice of China in respect of public, private international law and international economic law. Part Two mainly consists of two specific topics, one is Building a Community of Shared Future for Mankind, and another is BRI and the Rule of Law.
