知识转移已经在国际商务、知识管理等学术领域受到持续不断的关注。本书从2000~2014年刊载的国际经营管理学术期刊论文中,总结出与知识转移有关的核心因素;并结合知识转移分析框架(KTA),设计出“双缺口模型”(Two-gap Model)。然后通过对位于湖北省武汉市的100多家跨国公司进行问卷调查开展层次回归分析,进而得出结论:海外子公司的吸收能力、共同愿景、信任和团队合作对缩小跨国公司和海外子公司之间的知识缺口有积极的影响,而语言障碍对此有消极的影响。
