气候变化引发的环境灾害对人类的社会经济生活正在发生着广泛而持续的影响,特别是很大程度上依赖环境与资源的农业和农村生计,遭受气候变化的威胁更为严重。本书通过云南和陕西的案例研究分析了气候变化背景下农作物变化、水资源短缺、农村生计安全风险增加、迁移类型改变等方面如何对妇女和男性产生不同的影响以及两性应对气候变化的不同的能力建设需求,讨论了缓解和适应气候变化的政策框架内加强社会性别敏感性的必要性和措施建议。
