欧盟媒体能否实现对中国问题的均衡报道?

摘要

任何国家的本地媒体都是软实力行动的目标,它在塑造本国人民对其他国家及其文化和人民的公共舆论与认知方面,也往往是最具影响力的因素。因此,各国都应特别关注在本国领土范围内从事新闻报道工作的国外新闻媒体。本研究首先分析了中国对这一问题的立场和观点,接下来分析了对欧洲媒体的中国问题报道产生影响的“幕后”力量和因素,例如在中国工作的欧盟记者的工作条件、来自欧洲国家的读者、编辑与媒体所有者的压力;欧洲和中国关于记者作用的不同看法等。最后,本文就如何改善中欧关系提出了一些看法,这将使所有相关各方都能从中受益。
