摘要
本文对欧美发达国家土地整治发展情况进行了研究，系统梳理了欧盟农业/农村发展和美国农场自然资源保护下的国土生态环境修复和保护政策，总结了从简单土地整理到综合土地整治及土地生态环境管护的建设内容和工程技术，对提升我国国土生态整治、推进“山水林田湖草生命共同体”生态保护和修复具有重要的借鉴意义。
