新冠肺炎疫情丧亲者的求助行为及影响因素

摘要

本研究考察新冠肺炎疫情丧亲者的求助行为、求助有用性及其影响因素。通过网络问卷调查408名疫情丧亲者，内容包括求助行为及求助有用性、延长哀伤症状、创伤后应激症状、焦虑症状和抑郁症状。结果发现，疫情丧亲者多向朋友、父母或伴侣求助，他们认为向朋友、伴侣、父母、子女或有同样经历的人求助更有用；父母或朋友逝世的丧亲者更可能求助，男性感知到的求助有用性更低，有工作者更高；创伤后应激高分丧亲者更倾向于求助，但感知到的求助有用性更低；抑郁高分丧亲者求助对象类型更单一；延长哀伤高分丧亲者感知到的求助有用性更高。心理健康服务人员应根据丧亲者具体特征提供恰当的社会支持与专业帮助。
