少数民族交往交流促进心理融合:中华民族认同的作用

摘要

加强各民族交往交流交融是中国特色社会主义新时代民族工作的重要指导方针,群际接触理论认为多种形式的群际接触可以降低群际偏见、改善群际关系。为探讨民族交往交流对交融的作用,本文对1342名壮族和瑶族大学生进行群际接触、民族心理融合、中华民族认同及共同内群体认同测量,考察少数民族交往交流与民族心理融合的关系及对促进中华民族认同的作用机制。结果表明,群际接触可以预测民族心理融合,共同内群体认同在其中起中介作用,中华民族认同调节中介模型的前半段路径。研究结果对促进民族交融、铸牢中华民族共同体意识具有启示意义。
