摘要
近年来，关于性别建构的理论反思了其潜在的个体主义的倾向，提出引入“关系化取向”，关注他者所承担的繁复的情感、身体以及性方面的“支持”行为，共同生产出个体性别的真实完整性或刻意违背（transgression）。本文借助性别关系化建构的视角，特别是“性别劳动”的概念，分析婚外包养关系中不同阶层男性气质的建构，阐述“二奶”在家里家外所承担的家务、情感和身体劳动，如何使其伴侣感到作为男人的尊严和地位，进而修复阶层化的男性危机或彰显新贵身份。本文还将深入考察权力关系如何影响性别劳动在特定亲密关系中的运作，进而讨论关系化建构视角在本土性别研究中的意义。

肖索未 ，女，北京大学中文系学士，美国加州大学伯克利分校社会学硕士、博士，北京师范大学中国社会管理研究院/ 社会学院副教授。主要研究领域涉及社会性别，婚姻、家庭与亲密关系，人口流动。研究课题包括当代中国的婚外亲密关系，儿童抚育中的城乡、阶层与代际合作；目前主要关注雇佣照料与家政服务。研究成果发表于Men and Masculinities , Vaccine ,《社会学研究》、《社会学评论》、《妇女研究论丛》、《开放时代》等国内外学术刊物。
