摘要
本报告浏览了一年以来国外主流国际关系研究期刊上所发表的文章,并择其部分具有代表性的观点进行评述,以此把握当前国际关系研究的热点与新进展。目前,国际学界对于国际关系的研究出现了若干新动向,包括围绕全球国际关系学的辩论与反思、对亚洲国家国际秩序理念与实践的具体化探析、关于国际组织的作用及其有效性的多向考察,以及对人工智能治理和数据治理等全球治理新领域的积极探索等。这些新的热点与趋势值得关注。
