B型企业运动如何推动向利益相关者资本主义转型

摘要

新冠疫情带来的经济衰退和失业暴露了股东资本主义经济的重大缺陷。在当今主要经济体普遍接受的意识形态中,企业的目标主要是获取利润。本文解释了什么是利益相关者以及为什么他们对业务运营很重要,重点关注了采用利益相关者治理、重视报告透明度、对管理实践和进展进行经常性评估,以及对其影响进行第三方独立审查的B型企业运动,阐述了B型企业运动开发的工具和流程如何使企业真正实施利益相关者治理,并以问责制的方式实施。最后,用案例说明B型企业模式有助于公司系统地吸引广泛的利益相关者——员工、消费者、社区、供应商和投资者。
