后现象地理学视角下的社会工作物理空间实践

摘要

重塑物理空间是帮扶身体残障群体的必要实践策略,当社会工作者以“人类中心主义”的逻辑处理物理空间和残障身体需求之间的关系错位,适得其反的服务效果要求他们超越单向度思维以重新探究物理空间的实践逻辑。后现象地理学从“多元物质力量交流”的本体论出发解释物理空间的本质及其实践起点,在这一理论指导下,本研究采用聚焦独特经验的个案研究方法分析28名肌肉骨骼疾病老年患者的居家生活故事,发现:(1)物理空间是由人类与非人类物质构造的三种关系单元组成,这三种关系为物际关系、人物关系和人际关系;(2)这些关系单元的内部状态属性——关联性与契合性——的正反组合构成物理空间的两种样态——关系错位和关系吻合;(3)物理空间实践是通过减少断裂/不合属性状态的关系单元以重塑物理空间的样态,使物理空间的样态从关系错位走向关系吻合。这一结论在丰富后现象地理学空间实践框架的基础上,以更加具体的实践指南推动社会工作从“人类中心主义”的单向度实践转向“多元物质力量交流”的关系实践,指导社会工作者开拓物理空间实践领域,以更契合现实的实践逻辑,从而提升居家健康服务的质量。
