大连万达集团:AMC娱乐公司并购

摘要

大连万达集团并购美国AMC院线是中国文化产业“走出去”、参与国际合作和竞争的经典案例。本案例由中外学者共同研究开发,从“战略投资人”和“财务投资人”的不同视角入手,挖掘案例的理论价值和实用价值,对开展文化产业案例研究具有示范意义。
