如何反思:社会工作反思实践的路径和框架

摘要

尽管目前有关反思实践和理论的讨论已经成为社会工作的研究热点,但是反思这个概念仍然面临模糊不清、无法应用的困境,尤其缺乏对反思这个概念的溯源以及实践路径和框架的探讨。鉴于此,本文通过文献的梳理和讨论就如何开展实践反思这一问题开展研究,发现反思实践是一种“自下而上”的实践和理论建构的逻辑,具有专业实践的反思、社会实践的反思和生活实践的反思三种方式。而在实际的服务中,这三种方式需要整合起来,形成场景实践中的事、人际和自我三个维度的反思。

童敏 ,厦门大学社会与人类学院社会工作系教授、主任、博士生导师;厦门全国社会工作专业实习基地建设项目主要负责人,全国社会工作专业学位研究生教育指导委员会委员,全国慈善事业和社会工作标准化技术委员会委员,全国社会心理服务体系建设试点专家,中国社会工作教育协会副秘书长,中国社会工作学会常务理事,福建省社会工作联合会副会长,福建省民政厅和厦门市湖里区社会工作专业督导;主要研究领域包括精神健康社会工作、健康照顾社会工作、社会工作督导、社会工作理论、社会工作服务的专业化和本土化以及中国文化与社会工作;发表社会工作方面的中文学术论文140余篇、英文论文数篇,出版专著多部;主持国家社科基金一般项目、教育部人文社会科学研究一般项目、教育部哲学社会科学研究后期资助项目,民政部以及横向的社会工作课题多项;荣获第七届林护杰出社会工作学人奖(2019年)、教育部社科司2019年“教育出版优秀图书、优秀文章”(2021年)、福建省第十四届社会科学优秀成果二等奖(2021年)等奖项。
