商业模式设计与企业绩效:制度环境的调节作用

摘要

选择及确定新的业务的结构及设计(商业模式)也是一种实现价值创造的过程。商业模式创新为企业提升竞争力提供了新的路径和机会。本文通过实证检验,剖析商业模式设计、制度环境以及绩效之间的复杂关系。结果表明,商业模式设计对企业绩效的作用依据类型的不同而不同,效率型商业模式设计不仅能够提升短期财务绩效,也能够提升长期市场绩效。就新颖型商业模式设计而言,它能够提升长期市场绩效,但是对短期财务绩效具有负向的影响。制度环境在此期间起到一定的调节作用。制度环境不完善的时候,效率型商业模式设计对企业绩效的影响反而比较大,随着制度环境的不断完善,新颖型商业模式设计对长期市场绩效的作用会加强,但是,其对短期财务绩效的作用不受制度环境的影响。
