校园欺凌:同伴群体的视角

摘要

校园欺凌不仅发生在“一对一”(欺负者和被欺负者)的关系中,而且是一个群体过程。本文主要从同伴群体或社交网络的角度揭示校园欺凌发生的原因及校园欺凌事件中各方(欺负者、被欺负者、旁观者)的角色和行为。校园欺凌可以使校园欺凌者获得并维持在同伴群体中的高社会地位,维持内群体的凝聚力和同质性,维持群际社会认同。在校园欺凌事件中,扮演不同角色的儿童有不同的动机和行为:校园欺凌者希望获得社会地位和/或群体归属感,辩护者一般会为了自身利益而不愿为受害者辩护,受害者通常处于孤立无援的境地。笔者认为,制定合理的社会规范和制度、缩小贫富差距可能是减少校园欺凌的有效措施。
