当代社区研究：基于城市视角

摘要

本文介绍了目前社会学对城市社区研究的相关理解。首先对20世纪六七十年代社区研究的主要批评进行了回顾，并简要地说明了网络分析尤其是聚焦于“个人社区”的网络，是否为社区研究提供了一种令人满意的替代性方案。本文主要认为，尽管社区研究存在批评，但人们对地方的依恋与联系，包括与之相连的社会网络仍然有很多东西值得关注。本文以全球化和移民过程为主题，探讨了社区研究如何阐明“地方”和“社区”对于理解当代社会经济转型对人们生活体验的塑造方式的持续相关性。除了考虑不同方面的社会排斥，本文还回顾了最新研究如何探讨日益复杂的地方和身份认同之间的相互作用。
