梁晨 ,中国社会科学院社会学研究所副研究员,中国社会科学院社会政策研究中心副秘书长,中国社会科学院大学副教授、硕士生导师。担任中国社会学会社会福利专业委员会理事、中国社会学会农村社会学专业委员会理事等职务。长期致力于社会政策与福利、慈善公益与社会组织、农村发展与反贫困、社区公共服务、老年服务等领域的研究,主编《社会政策评论(总第七辑):反贫困社会政策》。主要著作包括《乡村工业化与村庄共同体的变迁》、《共同缔造与海沧社会建设》(第一作者)、《迈向社会治理的基层实践》(第三作者)等。主要论文包括《集体记忆、社区舆论与村庄福利:农村家庭养老的持续机制》《产业扶贫项目的运作机制与地方政府的角色》《农村低保政策的基层实践逻辑》《“扛着走”:精准扶贫政策过程中的选择性执行及其分析》《试探与博弈:权力让渡过程中的社会组织行动空间与边界》等。
