核能的行业媒体呈现

摘要

核能作为有争议的社会议题是研究媒体建构的理想素材。文章选取了与核能相关的四份专业报纸——《中国电力报》《中国能源报》《中国环境报》《科技日报》——自2000年到2016年关于核能与核电的报道,运用框架理论,基于风险-收益的视角,进行了编码和统计分析。Logit和OLS回归分析发现:总体上来看四份报纸对于核能的框架建构是相对积极的,收益框架大于风险框架;日本福岛核事故改变了媒体框架的基调:在事故发生后,媒体报道核能的风险框架增多,收益框架减少;但不同报纸的框架建构侧重点各不相同,《中国环境报》和《科技日报》反而更倾向于用收益的框架呈现。
