摘要

成都紧扣建设全面体现新发展理念的国家中心城市的新目标，提出建设创新驱动先导城市、城乡统筹示范城市、美丽中国典范城市、现代化国际城市、和谐宜居生活城市的任务，建成重要的经济中心、科技中心、文创中心、对外交往中心和综合交通枢纽。但成都面临人均GDP较低、本土民营企业发展不足、区位局限较明显、环境压力较大等问题，尚待提升城市站位，着力培育民营企业，构建绿色发展模式，加快发展科技和高等教育，提高城市文化影响力。
