Research on Solutions and Strategies in the Control and Alleviation of Traffic Jams in National Central Cities

摘要

国家中心城市是位于中国城镇体系中最高位置的城市,在辐射带动能力、交通通达能力、信息交流能力等方面都具有明显的优势,而其中的交通通达能力又与其他能力存在交互影响,是考察国家中心城市的重要指标。城市交通通达能力是城市发展的重要基础,但交通拥堵又通常与城市发展相伴而生,目前已确定的9个国家中心城市都面临着不同程度的交通拥堵。本文描述了国家中心城市交通拥堵现状,分析了现有治理措施下交通拥堵的治理效果,最终形成“堵”与“疏”的治理思路,提出了缓解国家中心城市交通拥堵的解法。
