International Experience of Smart City Construction of National Central City and Experience Reference

摘要

在信息化和知识社会的时代背景下，国际大都市伦敦、纽约和巴黎将智慧城市建设作为刺激经济发展和实现城市可持续发展的重要战略。通过分析伦敦、纽约和巴黎这三个相对成熟的国际大都市的智慧城市发展经验，建议在中国中心城市的智慧城市建设过程中，各地政府要与自身实际需求相结合，发展地方特色。在注重数据的开放、融合和利用的基础上，应从发展智慧经济，加强智慧管理，缔造智慧环境，支持智慧交通，培养智慧人民和实现智慧民生这六个方面因地制宜，着眼长远和大局，有计划、分步骤地有序推进智慧城市建设，创建更高质量的幸福社会。
