摘要
处理好石化项目的发展与社会稳定的关系是我国各级政府面临的重大课题。公众对于重大项目的接受度反映社会的心理认知,对于社会稳定风险具有预测作用,因此牢牢地把握住公众的接受度是保证重大石化项目成功推行的施政之要。本文对惠州市大亚湾区的公众进行问卷调查,运用结构方程模型探究了影响公众对重大石化项目接受度的因素。研究发现,大亚湾区公众的接受度整体比较高,风险感知、利益感知以及政府信任三者直接影响公众接受度,风险感知和利益感知均在政府信任对公众接受度的影响中起中介作用;虽然程序正义与环境满意度不直接影响公众接受度,却分别对风险感知产生负向影响,对利益感知产生正向影响,间接影响公众接受度;同时程序正义也对政府信任产生正向影响,政府信任也对环境满意度产生正向影响。最后,本文基于公众接受度的影响因素提出了具体性的政策建议。
