摘要
本研究探讨了毅力在创新自我效能感与个体的创造力(个体取得的创造性成就)之间的作用。对122名被试的研究结果表明:(1)控制性别、年龄和学历后,创新自我效能感显著正向预测个体取得的创造性成就,毅力和努力坚持性和兴趣一致性两个维度对个体创造性成就的预测作用均不显著;(2)毅力的努力坚持性和兴趣一致性两个维度在创新自我效能感与个体取得的创造性成就之间起调节作用,当且仅当个体具有较高的毅力、较高的“努力坚持性”以及较高的“兴趣一致性”时,个体的创新自我效能感才会显著影响其取得的创造性成就,即只有个体对自身取得创造性成就的积极能力认知伴随着对目标的兴趣和坚持,尤其是兴趣,才更有助于实现创造性成就。本研究对提高个体的创造力具有实际指导意义。
