身体的数据化:可穿戴设备与身体管理

摘要

随着科学技术的发展,人们可以随时监控身体状况,管理和调整身体。借助可穿戴设备,人们依赖数字来了解自我和身体,表现出“身体数据化”趋势。本文选取跑步者群体,通过观察和分析他们使用可穿戴设备情况,分析这些设备如何进入人们的日常生活,这些可穿戴设备给人们的生活带来哪些影响,探讨可穿戴设备与自我、身体之间的关系。本文发现,可穿戴设备的出现,使身体呈现一种数据化倾向。为了实现身体数据的改善,青年跑步者学习使用科技设备,了解和管理自己的身体,增加身体资本。另外,青少年群体还会通过跑团、社交媒体等渠道,展示身体数据,拓展自己的社会资本。
