法律领域的数字化与大型律师事务所的未来

摘要

本文探讨了大型律师事务所如何进行重组以在日益数字化的法律领域保持竞争优势,简要介绍了大型律师事务所的兴起以及数字资本主义和零工(gig)经济的崛起所带来的挑战,同时提出了在数字化背景下改革大型律师事务所的一种新颖而激进的方法。此外,本文还讨论了:在日益数字化和敏捷化的法律领域,合伙关系作为大型律师事务所的组织工具;多行业执业的重要性,以及律师事务所内律师与非律师之间的关系;以法律技术公司和其他行为者为中心的外包战略,以更有效、更以委托人为导向的方式提供法律服务。
