摘要
本文在企业灾害管理规划，企业减灾备灾活动以及这些准备措施对于企业减少灾害的影响这几个方面进行了新的研究。2008年9月“艾克”飓风袭击了美国得克萨斯州加尔维斯顿地区，在飓风后的七个月，我们对当地企业进行了调研。与以往的研究不同的是，本次研究发现，企业进行灾害管理规划有助于企业减灾备灾行动的实施，更重要的是，这些举措将有效地降低企业的受灾程度。
