李西霞 ，中国社会科学院国际法研究所副研究员，中国社会科学院大学法学院副教授、硕士生导师。中国社会法研究会理事，中国国际法学会理事，农工党北京市第十四届社会和法治工作委员会副主任委员。主要研究领域为国际劳工标准、社会保障法、妇女社会权利和卫生法。2008年至2019年，先后赴瑞士弗里堡大学、加拿大阿尔伯特大学、瑞典斯德哥尔摩大学、墨西哥国立自治大学做访问学者。出版著作《国际劳工组织》（专著，2022年），《走向繁荣的国际法学（《国际法研究》卷）》（合作主编，2019年），《自由贸易协定中的劳工标准》（专著，2017年），The Protection of Women\'s Social Rights from the Perspectives of Chinese and International Law（第一合作主编，2016年），《妇女社会权利的保护：国际法与国内法视角》（第一合作主编，2013年），On Minority Rights(合作主编，2012年)，《法治新视界：比较法的分析》（副主编，2011年），《少数人的权利》（合作主编，2010年），《社会保障法》（译著，第一译者，2006年），《社会保险改革与法制论文集》（副主编，2005年）。在《法学》《环球法律评论》《法学杂志》《人权》《社会发展研究》《中国劳动关系学院学报》《河北法学》等期刊和其他文集中发表多篇学术文章和翻译文章。
廖凡 ，中国社会科学院国际合作局副局长。
任宏达 ，男，出生于1987年，陕西宝鸡人。中国社会科学院国际法研究所国际经济法室助理研究员。学术研究关注中德两国经济法、商法、国际私法及法律德语。著有《并购中的特殊目的公司》，发表论文有《涉外股权收购合同关系的法律适用》，发表文章有《在德国做法学教授，您准备好了么》。
沈涓 ，中国社会科学院国际法研究中心国际私法研究室主任，中国国际私法学会副会长。主要研究领域为国际私法，区际冲突法，国际民事诉讼法。
傅攀峰 ，中国社会科学院国际法研究所助理研究员。研究领域为国际私法、国际仲裁、比较法。
刘敬东 ，中国社会科学院国际法研究所国际经济法室主任，研究员，博士生导师。2015年4月~2017年12月，任最高人民法院民四庭副庭长。兼任中国法学会WTO法研究会副会长，中国仲裁法学研究会副会长，最高人民法院首批国际商事专家委员会专家，最高人民法院特约咨询员。长期从事国际法、国际经济法与国际商法研究，曾先后出版《国际融资租赁交易中的法律问题》《中国入世议定书解读》《WTO法律制度中的善意原则》等学术专著，以及《WTO的未来》等译著。在《法学研究》《国际法研究》《中国国际法年刊》以及Journal of World Trade等中外核心法学期刊发表大量学术文章。
孙南翔 ，中国社会科学院国际法研究所副研究员，主要从事国际经济法、网络法研究。先后在《法学研究》《中外法学》等国内外权威、核心期刊发表论文40余篇，在《人民日报》等报刊发表评论性文章近10篇，主持并完成国家社科基金等多项课题。荣获中国社会科学院第一届“青年学习标兵”称号，入选北京市法学会百名法学英才，获得中国社会科学院优秀信息对策奖特等奖等。
孙世彦 ，男，出生于1969年。中国社会科学院国际法研究所研究员，中国社会科学院人权研究中心副主任，中国社会科学院大学法学院教授。兼任吉林大学理论法学研究中心人权研究所所长，Chinese Journal of International Law编委会成员。主要研究领域为国际人权法、国际法基本理论、人权教育。在国内外学术杂志上发表学术论文20余篇，出版著作有《论国际人权法下国家的义务》《〈公民及政治权利国际公约〉的两份中文本：问题、比较和出路》《人权法研究：问题与方法简论》等。
蒋小红 ，中国社会科学院国际法研究所研究员、中国社会科学院国际法研究所国际公法研究室主任、中国社会科学院研究生院教授。
马金星 ，中国社会科学院国际法研究所副研究员、法学博士。研究领域为国际海洋法、国际海事法。在《国际法研究》、《社会科学》、《法学杂志》、International Review of the Red Cross、Journal of East Asia & International Law等中外刊物发表论文二十余篇。被中央有关部门采纳的内部研究报告八十余篇，并获中国社会科学院优秀对策信息一等奖、三等奖。主持或完成国家社会科学基金青年项目、中国社会科学院青年科研启动项目、中国博士后科学基金面上资助项目等。
