中国西部工业发展报告（2013）

本报告主要分析和研究2010～2011年度西部工业发展状况及其与东部的比较，包括总报告、综合篇、专题篇和行业篇四部分，共30章，主要内容如下。


总报告：分两个层面。一是对西部经济发展的总体指标进行分析，以了解西部地区经济发展总体形势；二是建立西部地区工业经济发展水平综合评价指标体系，以对西部工业发展进行综合评价。


综合篇：即对西部经济发展总体形势及西部经济发展的推动因素进行分析和研究，并对东西部产业结构与竞争力、西部各省市区工业竞争力及优势产业进行比较、定位研究。通过这一研究以确定西部的特色、优势产业，从而明确在新的国际国内形势下西部产业结构转型与升级的方向。


专题篇：对西部地区经济发展中的亮点加以分析、研究和报道。包括：根据区域经济发展倒U型理论来实证研究东西部发展差距的特征，以对东西部发展不平衡总体形势有一个正确的判断；对西部地区承接国际产业转移的效率进行研究，并对东西部进行比较；对四川省全要素生产率测算与经济增长因素等问题进行分析、归纳与总结；对四川省民营经济发展问题及其对策进行研究；对西藏矿产资源开发与经济社会的可持续发展问题进行研究。


行业篇：对西部主要工业行业发展问题进行分析。本篇将对西部工业的分析深入到每一个重点行业，分析其有关经济指标，彻底弄清楚西部各工业行业发展状况、存在的问题及其与东部的差距，从而揭示西部工业经济发展中的深层次问题，为推动西部主导产业的发展提供对策。行业篇分上、下两部分，分别对传统产业和高科技产业进行分析、比较、研究。








This report analyzes and explores the situation of industrial development in the western areas and makes comparison of industrial development between the western and eastern areas during 2010-2011，including General Report, Comprehensive Section, Special Topics and Industries, the main content is shown as follows:


General Report: The gencral report is composed of two parts. One is to analyze the total targets to know the overall economic situation in the western areas; the other is to establish a comprehensive evaluation system to evaluate the industrial development of the western areas.


Comprehensive Section: This section is to make a research and comparison on economic and industrial development. Italso studies the promoting factors affecting the industrial development of the western areas of China, industrial structure and competitiveness between eastern and western areas as well as the industrial competitiveness and superior industries of the provinces in the western areas.Through this research theauthor determine the distinguishing and superior industries so as to make clear the direction of transformation and upgrade of industrial structure in the western areas of China under the new domestic and international situation.


Special Topics Section: This section is to analyze and report the highlights in the economic development in the western areas, including making the research on the differences of regional economic development according to the inverted U type theory to obtain a correct idea on the gap between western and eastern areas; making research on the efficiency in accepting international industrial immigration in the western areas; estimating total factor productivity and factors of economic growth in Sichuan province; making research on the problems and countermeasures of private enterprises in Sichuan province; analyzing the development of mineral resources and sustainable development in Xizang.


Industry Section: This section is to make in-depth analysis on each important industry, analyze related economic targets and make clear the development status，problems and gaps of various industries in the western areas so as to reveal the deep-seated problems in the western industrial development and make suggestions for the industrial development in the western areas. This section is divided into two parts: traditional industry and hi-tech industry.
