摘要

伊朗是阿塞拜疆在高加索地区最重要的邻国之一，对阿塞拜疆的外交政策施加着重要影响。本文回顾了17世纪以来阿塞拜疆-伊朗两国关系，重点分析了阿独立以来伊朗对其外交政策构成的挑战。本文的分析表面，能源政治、经济安全、国际盟友关系、领土完整纠纷、文化安全等现当代事务，最终构成了影响阿-伊两国双边关系的最主要障碍。
