法律与社会工作的互构：西方社会工作的实践与启示

摘要

作为社会正义的维护者与捍卫者，法律与社会工作的专业实践是社会有序运转的基本条件之一。伴随工业化的发展，法律与社会工作在不同阶段呈现内在亲和、相对疏离和重新回归的交互特征。在互构过程中，法律赋权并约束社会工作，而社会工作则以社会建构的行动路径反作用于法律。观照当前中国社会工作的发展，这就要求法律以开放的姿态回应社会工作，建立健全专业伦理、社会工作立法和社会工作法，以此奠定社会工作可持续发展的制度基础，为社会工作者践行“社会使命”构筑现实机制。
