“我们的阿拉伯兄弟”:作为政治主体的人民与中国第三世界国际主义视野的形成

摘要

本文讨论了20世纪五六十年代中国在亚非团结运动框架下,与阿拉伯国家之间的政治与文化交往历史。主要分析在这一进程中,国际主义作为一种世界秩序理想与社会主义建设动员话语,在中国普通民众中间的展开。在今天冷战史强烈的新现实主义思潮影响下,中国与冷战霸权两极之间的关系被广泛关注。而对亚非国家相互之间以反帝、反殖民、寻求政治、经济及文化独立为目标的团结合作运动的讨论则远远不够。本文则希望从亚非合作内部出发,探索国际主义在20世纪政治特别是亚非拉国家民族独立运动进程中的有机作用。本文将国际主义精神与民族独立话语视为一组辩证关系,并在中国共产主义革命的实践历史中,梳理这一组关系的发展变迁脉络。本文希望强调,中国新民主主义革命实践中“民族独立”的民族主义诉求始终与“改造世界”的平等理想密切关联。这也令这一以汉族为主题的革命运动得以超越狭隘的族裔民族主义,并将多民族大团结的政治诉求与世界人民大团结的政治理想,诉诸新中国社会主义国家建设的政治实践中。
