可持续社会的就业与未来雇佣关系的研究动态

摘要

在过去的30年里,工作世界发生了翻天覆地的变化。传统的就业关系已经减弱,随之而来的是工作不安全和收入不平等现象激增的情况。这种变化不仅限于发达的工业化国家,发展中国家也出现了新的就业关系形式,它们可能对未来具有世界性意义。一连串的全球金融危机和随后的经济停滞现象表明,结构性问题导致了不稳定的就业关系和两极分化的劳动力市场。兜底保护的短期主义可能只会使这些问题恶化。在这一系列不确定的环境中,机会均等的稳定就业对可持续的社会经济发展和繁荣至关重要。为此,国际劳动与雇佣关系学会(ILERA)围绕“可持续社会的就业:要做什么?”的主题展开讨论,以期探究未来雇佣关系的研究动态及趋势。
