摘要

Until now, there has not been a special system setting for participation of NGOs in international development in China. The institutional structures that Chinese NGOs rely on to participate in international development mainly include foreign aid systems (mainly referring to the China International Development Cooperation Agency, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Finance, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs), international NGO communication system (mainly referring to the International Department of the Central Committee of the CPC), and NGO management systems (mainly referring to the Ministry of Civil Affairs). In order to sort out existing institutional structures of NGO internationalization, the above three systems will be described in further detail below.
