摘要
面向成人的社区心理健康教育(简称“成人心理健康教育”)应该而且必须成为社会心理服务体系建设的题中应有之义。鉴于“成人心理健康教育”本质上也是一种“教”与“学”的活动,就“教”与“学”的辩证关系而言,“学”是矛盾的主要方面,因此可认为“学”——或者更为具体地说,是“成人学习”——是一个较为合宜的研究视角。本文以“成人学习”为视角,联系相关理论或模型,对成人心理健康教育的内涵、途径及策略进行了分析和探讨。
