北京工业设计公司的交互式学习:基于结构-行动视角的分析

摘要

本文探讨了创新系统中交互式学习的结构-行动悖论,即宏观条件如何影响企业微观行为的结构化过程和企业如何应对宏观结构的行动过程。企业的组织边界是解决交互式学习的结构-行动悖论的一个重要维度。具体来说,结构化过程可以通过边界稳定机制发生,而行动过程可以通过边界改变机制发生。对北京工业设计公司的调查发现,工业政策、薄弱的设计教育体系、工业设计的定价实践在工业设计师和制造商之间建立了明确的界限,限制了他们的交互式学习。在行动过程中,一些工业设计公司通过在价值链的上游或下游扩展它们的组织边界来进行升级。
