论社会政策的金融化趋势及其理论意涵

摘要

伴随着全球化和信息化的高速发展,经济生活和社会生活日益“金融化”;金融产品与服务的使用遍及日常生活的各个领域和各个层面。这些金融化的趋势也可能会对社会政策的设计、制定与实施产生很大的影响。虽然对日常生活金融化的研究日益增加,但是针对社会政策可能的金融化趋势进行的探讨和研究相当缺乏。本文从美国社会政策实践和政策案例出发,简要分析美国社会政策金融化趋势、它和美国社会政策结构的互动,以及对金融包容性的影响。
