摘要
2020~2021年,国际形势和全球挑战更加复杂严峻。中美关系在拜登政府上台后并未得到改善,美国国内政治极化趋势令中美关系朝着全面竞争乃至对抗发展。在中美关系之外,国际社会仍然笼罩在新冠肺炎疫情的阴影之下,全球经济与安全秩序遭受诸多冲击。地区不稳定加剧、新兴科技在武力冲突中被大规模应用、俄罗斯与西方关系、阿富汗局势、公共卫生治理、全球气候变化和国际网络安全等世界性议题给国际稳定带来了极大的不确定性。面对这些新形势新变化,各国智库和研究机构均给予了密切关注并提出了各自的分析和建议。为追踪国际高水平智库在相关议题上的最新研究动态,更全面地认识相关热点问题,本文以《全球智库报告2020》中排名靠前的国际顶级智库为考察对象,对其近一年来发表的相关研究成果进行了梳理。
