社团与食品安全治理:澳门明粮坊研究

摘要

食物银行是当前各国(尤其是发达国家)食品安全问题治理的重要手段。“明粮坊”是澳门最具影响力的食物银行,该机构由政府提供资源,社团承办。本文以“明粮坊”案例分析社团参与食品安全问题治理的优势与成效,并就进一步加强政府与社团共治来强化食品安全问题治理提出建议。
