normal;">沈原教授首先介绍了卡车司机调查的基本状况：整个报告的主体是卡车司机，包括自雇司机、他雇司机、卡嫂、女性卡车司机，分别涉及公路货运业的各种制度、运输形态以及卡车司机的组织化等，也介绍了调查中生成的即时报告；概括了卡车司机的五大群体特征和卡车司机劳动过程的五大特征两个层次；并梳理了卡车司机研究引入的理论视角——劳动过程理论。</p><p style="text-indent: normal;">接着沈原教授说明了研究卡车司机的原因：一方面因为卡车司机作为规模庞大的新兴职业群体具有研究价值；另一方面这也是自己在从事劳工社会学研究历程从抽象劳动上升到具体劳动的反映。落实到具体的研究过程中，沈原教授认为卡车司机研究异于“工厂民族志”，必须放在公路货运业的背景下研究，把卡车司机的劳动过程和日常生活作为研究主线，介绍了堪当制度依托的传化慈善基金会所建立的传化安心驿站，并强调了问卷与访谈的必要性。</p><p normal;">对于为什么研究“性别与劳动”的问题，马丹认为她的议题来自“经验困惑”和“理论困惑”的叠加。在这样一个放眼望去全部都是男性卡车司机的职业里面，女性到底为什么要进入？她们是如何进入的？还有她们进入之后如何工作、生活？面临什么样的问题？这是经验的困惑。在中国卡车司机这样一个独特的劳动体制下面，职业性别隔离到底意味着什么？这是理论困惑。同时马丹还提到了性别作为基本分类标准、组织框架与社会运作机制，性别观念的变迁与性别气质的转变和交叉视角。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 5px;white-space: normal;">在如何研究的部分，马丹博士列举自己的研究步骤和方法，以进入田野的亲身故事讲述了田野调查中的问题与解决方式。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 5px;white-space: style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom: 5px;white-space: normal;">她提出，制度是塑造卡车司机劳动过程的一个重要力量，只有透过对制度的深入考察，才能够理解卡车司机的劳动过程，并进而理解整个公路货运业的组织和运转的逻辑与方式，这便是研究制度的原因。</p><p style="text-indent: 2em;margin-bottom:
