后亚文化转向:十年后的一些反思

摘要

后亚文化转向让人们了解到青年文化研究者在过去十年中进行的讨论和辩论。虽然后亚文化转向带来了新的分析工具和概念方法,也为一些著作选集提供了依据,但它同样引起了一系列引人关注的批评,这类批评否认后亚文化理论是一种可行的青年研究方法。对于后亚文化理论,可能存在一种重要批评,认为关于文化产业在建构青年的认同和有品质的生活方式上发挥的作用,它采取了幼稚的、本质上来说是赞扬的立场。同样,一直有人认为,尽管后亚文化理论主张新的个性化、反思性的青年认同已经出现,但人们并不需要努力去寻找证据,来证明结构性不平等在决定青年人生机遇和文化归属方面持续发挥的作用。
