Report on Urban Development of Henan Province

摘要

2012～2016年，河南以城市群为主体形态，充分发挥规划引导作用，推动产城融合发展，优化城镇化空间布局，城镇化进程不断加快，质量不断提升。但是，河南城镇化仍然存在总体水平滞后，中心城市带动力弱、城镇综合承载力弱等问题。国务院批复《中原城市群发展规划》，标志着河南全面进入城市群时代，也要求河南把握好中央推进新型城镇化和城市发展思路、举措更加科学清晰等历史性机遇，采取发挥市场主体作用，完善运行协调机制等综合性措施，推进中原城市群一体化发展，充分释放新型城镇化蕴藏的巨大内需潜力，为经济持续健康发展提供持久强劲动力。
