摘要
西安建设军民融合创新示范区，有区位、产业、政策等有利条件。要抓住难得的历史机遇，加快建立省市和国家有关部委、军方、军工单位共同推进的军民融合机制；推动军民融合共享和创新平台建设；加快建设陕西军民融合创新研究院和陕西省高新技术与应用协同创新中心；加快推进军转民、民融军、军民两用技术产业化，形成一批具有国际影响力的军民融合产业集群。
