把英国研发与技术部门定位为面向世界的技术基地

摘要

英国的研发与技术组织通过提供技术、工程和创新服务在全世界范围内参与竞争,一些服务与英国优势产业相关联,但是目前也已经扩展到非传统市场和行业。本文对15家英国技术及研发组织进行了研究,发现英国技术和研发组织拥有能超越产业边界的独有技术和创新能力。
